1. Acceptance of Terms

5.2 Withdrawals

Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit promotional offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, structured betting to minimise risk while completing wagering requirements, or any other technique deemed abusive by niceph2 — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspension or permanent closure of the account, and recovery of any funds already withdrawn as a result of the abuse.

7. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on niceph2, including casino games, live casino, sports betting, bingo, fishing games, and sabong:

• All bets are final once confirmed. niceph2 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where expressly provided for in the specific game or sport rules.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game or betting event, niceph2 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts.

8. Prohibited Conduct

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the niceph2 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any niceph2 content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the niceph2 brand name or logo in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written consent.
